Vikas Mehta moves to Lowe Lintas as CMO

SINGAPORE - Vikas Mehta, has been appointed chief marketing officer for Lowe Lintas + Partners, the network’s Indian operations. He moves from his current role of regional growth officer, based in Singapore.
