LePub, Publicis’ boutique creative shop servicing Heineken and Tiger Beer, has appointed Penny Sadlier as managing director in Singapore, expanding her existing responsibilities within Publicis Groupe. Sadlier is also the managing director of PG One where she leads a team managing 14 P&G brands across 12 APAC markets. With this new appointment, she will now perform both roles. She reports to Amrita Randhawa, Publicis Groupe’s Southeast Asia CEO.

LePub has further strengthened its team with five senior hires. Bruno Andrade and Pedro Pedreira, both formerly creatives with Ogilvy Singapore, join as creative directors.

Francesca Babet, previously global brand director at Publicis Groupe Singapore, has been named client services director for key clients such as Heineken. Also, Ernest Kok and Claudius Keng have joined as senior copywriter and senior art director respectively; both jumped ship from MullenLowe Singapore.

Sadlier’s career spans more than two decades, including over a decade working in Asia, where she has driven business growth for brands across FMCG, F&B, automotive, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her work has been recognised by multiple accolades, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Clios, and she was named Campaign Asia’s APAC Growth Leader of the Year in 2024. At LePub Singapore, she will work closely with Stephan Schwarz, executive creative director, and Bruno Bertelli, global CEO of LePub and CCO LePub Worldwide, to continue building on the agency’s commitment to “culture-forward” innovation.

“Since opening its doors in 2022, LePub’s story has been one of incredible growth and ambition—who wouldn’t want to be part of this trajectory? It’s a huge honour to be leading LePub Singapore into its next era, working alongside some of our industry’s sharpest minds and creative technologists to create brands that truly live in culture,” Sadlier said.

Bertelli commented: “LePub Singapore is a vibrant place of growth and innovation, attracting some of the region's most original and bold thinkers. Rooted in data, creativity, and tech, the team is delivering some of our most exciting and forward-looking work both in Asia and around the world. I can’t wait to see where their creativity leads us next.”

Randhawa also praised Sadlier’s appointment: “To lead LePub in this next chapter, you need consummate client leadership, great people and team-building skills, the ability to work across countries and cultures, and an impeccable eye for craft and ideas. Lucky for us, Penny has it all in spades.”

LePub’s global network now includes offices in Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Singapore, São Paulo, Bogota, Mexico City, Johannesburg, and New York City.
