Omnicom Media Group (OMG) Australia has appointed its new senior agency leader, with Laura Nice as CEO of PHD Australia and Sian Whitnall as sole CEO at OMD Australia. Mark Jarrett, the current CEO of PHD, will transition to a group-level role to be announced in the coming weeks. Nice and Whitnall had previously served as co-CEOs of OMD since 2021. Nice OMD in 2019 as MD. Whitnall joined OMD in 2017 as head of digital and was promoted to chief digital officer in 2018.

Christina Peyton, WPP's global vice president, has announced on LinkedIn that she has left the agency network to pursue future opportunities in the Middle East. Peyton joined WPP in Singapore as VP, marketing and growth, APAC in 2029 and moved to Seattle for the current position in 2023. Prior to WPP, she worked at Digitas as head of marketing & PR for APAC. 

Hilton has appointed Tal Shefer as senior vice president of brand management for Asia Pacific. He has been with the group for over two decades, serving in multiple leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to Hilton, he worked at Hyatt in the UK and worked briefly at IHG before returning to Hilton.

Klook, Asia’s leading platform for travel and experiences, has announced two key appointments to its executive leadership team — Daniel Kao as senior vice president (SVP) of product & technology and Jakii Chu as senior vice president (SVP) of growth marketing. Kao is a veteran technology leader with 30 years of experience. His previous roles include chief technology officer at VIP.com and director of site operations and quality engineering at eBay. Chu brings 25 years of marketing experience to the table. She previously served as chief marketing officer at Instacart, SVP of eCommerce at Fanatics, and chief operating officer of Shipping at eBay.

PRecious Communications has appointed Joanna Ong as its regional chief operations officer. Ong worked for over four years at Publicis Groupe. She joined the Groupe as managing director for MSL Singapore and was most recently managing director, communications & PR, APAC. Before Publicis, she worked for Next Story Group, Hilton, and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

M+C Saatchi Group ANZ has appointed Jeremy Hogg as national executive creative director, further strengthening the group’s creative leadership across Australia and New Zealand. Hogg joins from Howatson+Company, where he led a number of standout campaigns across major brands, including Domain, TK Maxx, Qantas, Honda, UNSW, and more. Prior to joining Howatson+Company, he served as Creative Director at Chep Network. He has also held senior roles at DDB, Y&R, Marcel Sydney, The Monkeys, and Havas Host.

Spark Foundry Australia has promoted Sue-Ellen Osborn to chief investment officer and Rachida Murray to chief digital and media officer. Osborn steps up from her role as national head of investment. Osborn will report to Murray, who moves into the newly created role of chief digital and media officer. Murray previously served as chief digital and technology officer and has been with the agency for almost 12 years.

Independent agency Supermassive has been appointed as the new strategic and creative partner for Cover-More, Australia’s leading travel insurance provider, following a competitive pitch. Supermassive is currently developing a major brand campaign, set to launch in December 2025. In addition to its strategic and creative responsibilities, Supermassive will manage Cover-More’s social media and influencer activities and will activate the brand’s partnership with the NRL, helping Australian fans travel overseas with peace of mind.

Nest Commerce, the human + AI marketing partner built for retail, and R.M. Williams, Australian boot and clothing brand, have announced a new partnership aimed at driving accelerated growth and brand awareness in key markets, including managing paid search and paid social and creative optimisation across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand via Meta Platforms and Google. 

Travel payments specialist Mint Payments has appointed Tightknit Studio as its lead strategic and creative partner as it accelerates global expansion, launching into the UK. Founded in Sydney, Mint Payments is the leading travel payments provider in Australia and New Zealand. Tightknit Studio will partner with Mint across brand strategy, identity development, go-to-market planning and creative communications as the company scales internationally and competes in a rapidly evolving global travel-payments landscape.

FCB Ulka, part of FCB India, has been appointed as the creative agency on record for Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil and Bajaj No Marks, two of India’s most trusted and long-standing personal care brands from the house of Bajaj Consumer Care, following a multi-agency pitch. FCB Ulka will lead strategic and creative communication for both brands across platforms, partnering closely with Bajaj Consumer Care in their journey to deepen brand relevance and accelerate growth in the beauty and personal care space.

Dentsu ANZ has appointed Jake Hird as executive vice president, strategy and growth, Dentsu B2B. Following a professional break, Hird returns to Dentsu, where he was previously the vice president of strategy for Dentsu B2B in the Asia Pacific for more than six years. His professional career has spanned Accenture, Publicis Sapient and Econsultancy. Reporting to Rob Harvey, CEO of Dentsu ANZ, he will primarily focus on strategic solutions to grow Australia’s B2B practice.

Bavaria, a Dutch beer brand, has appointed UltraSuperNew as its lead partner for the Japanese market, following the brewery’s expansion in Asia. The Tokyo-based creative agency won the business without a pitch and will oversee strategy, creative, and production for Bavaria’s low alcohol and alcohol-free beer range. 

TBWA Malaysia has been appointed as the lead creative agency for Wipro Unza, a personal care FMCG company in Malaysia, following a competitive pitch in August 2025. The two-year partnership covers the Fragrance and Kids categories, marking TBWA’s first collaboration with Wipro Unza Malaysia. The agency will oversee brand strategy, creative development, and integrated communications for brands including Carrie Junior, Enchanteur, Dashing, Romano, and Scentify.

Uniqlo has appointed Fabcom, a digital media and consulting agency, as its media agency for Hong Kong after a competitive pitch process in July. This appointment includes responsibilities for media buying, planning, and e-commerce in the market. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Uniqlo's entrance into the Hong Kong market. Previously, Starcom held the position as the incumbent agency, beginning its partnership with Uniqlo in 2022. 

Viva Leisure has appointed WiredCo. as its agency of record across brand, paid media, creative and earned, following a competitive pitch. The fitness group operates more than 490 locations across Australia, Asia and New Zealand, spanning major chains Club Lime and Plus Fitness, boutique brands Groundup and Hiit Republic, and supplements label Supp Society.
WiredCo. will act as a fully integrated partner across the portfolio, delivering a connected media and creative approach to support Viva Leisure’s next phase of growth.
