Adobe Japan appointed Louise Neale as head of marketing last month. Her mandate includes driving Adobe Japan's digital media business in integrated and growth marketing, PR and communications, social media and engagement, and retention marketing. Prior to the role, Neale served four years as marketing director at Disney+ and spent two years with Netflix in brand marketing. With nearly two decades of experience, her expertise lies in digital and programmatic strategy and direct-to-consumer marketing. She will report to global CMO Lara Balazs.
AKQA Australia has elevated Rodney Greenfield as executive director of AI and data, where he will oversee AI strategy in marketing, customer experience, and business transformation. With more than 25 years of experience, he previously served for five years as technical director at the agency.

- Ben Martin joins as group technology director. Most recently, he led frontend development at Deloitte Digital. His background also includes digital leadership roles at Tesco UK and Coles Australia.
- Abigail Kwek joins as group strategy director. Kwek brings over a decade of strategy experience across APAC and global markets, with a focus on CX, brand, and connection strategy.
- Kerry Peterson joins as group director, production. She previously led the delivery team within the digital experience practice at Merkle, with 15 years of experience across project management and business analysis.
Tourism Fiji has appointed Havas Red to lead its PR and influencer activities in Australia, following a competitive pitch. With Aussie travellers accounting for almost 50% of all visitor arrivals into Fiji, Havas Red joins sister agencies Havas Host and Havas Media in forming the destination’s Australian agency village. Havas Red’s remit includes creative PR campaigns, media relations, influencers, and brand partnerships.

Pickup Coffee has elevated Francis Flores as global managing director after over a year as the coffee chain’s president and country CEO. Drawing on his extensive international experience, he will spearhead market growth and expansion, starting with Mexico, the chain's inaugural market outside the Philippines. With over three decades of experience across sales, marketing, and business management, he was previously global brand chief marketing officer at Jollibee, where he spent over 14 years across various roles. He started his career at Unilever, where he began as a marketing trainee and rose to regional brand director of Axe Asia before leaving the company in 2007. He announced the promotion on LinkedIn.

Accenture Song ANZ has announced Fabio Buresti as managing director of customer strategy and design and digital products lead, where he will oversee design, digital product innovation, and brand strategy under a linked strategy function. With over 20 years of experience in brand, product, and customer strategy, he will also spearhead design and digital offerings across Song and Droga5 ANZ. Prior to Song, he held strategy roles in Saatchi & Saatchi and Droga5 ANZ. The news comes days after Song announced a leadership reshuffle in the region, with Junichiro Kurokawa, the firm's Japan lead, being named the APAC lead, and Simone Morandi, Song’s Singapore-based Southeast Asia lead, took over an expanded remit as Asia Oceania lead and SEA lead.
