PUC Founder to buy Red Media Asia for US$30.3m

KUALA LUMPUR – IT solutions company PUC Founder has entered into a conditional sale of shares agreement with media and advertising group Red Hot Media International (RMIL) for the acquisition of Red Media Asia, for RM95million (US$30.3 million).
